Arthrex is actively searching for a Sr. Director of Health Economics & Market Access. The successful candidate will work alongside a department of expert orthopedic healthcare professionals, world class faculty, strategic development and product management.
Main Objective:
The Sr. Director of Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) will lead the development and execution of health economics and market access strategies to ensure optimal reimbursement, coverage, and patient access for Arthrex’s medical technologies. This role will work cross-functionally to align reimbursement strategies, evidence generation, and policy engagement with the product strategy and commercial goals.

High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Health Policy specialized databases and research tools, health economics modeling software, and data analytics platforms.
