Microsoft.com is evolving from a content publishing channel into an AI-powered decision platform and growth engine. We are looking for a Sr. Director of Growth & Experimentation to own the web experimentation and growth function for Microsoft’s commercial web experiences, setting the strategy, operating model, measurement discipline, and roadmap for how we use data, experimentation, personalization, and AI-assisted experiences to improve customer journeys and drive measurable business impact.
As Sr. Director of Growth & Experimentation, you will build and lead a team responsible for identifying the highest-value growth opportunities across Microsoft.com, building the business cases behind them, defining the experimentation roadmap, and scaling proven learnings into always-on experiences. This role sits at the intersection of customer intent, analytics, AI-enabled experiences, personalization, product marketing, and business strategy.
This is a senior, portfolio-level leadership role. You will be expected to operate across multiple commercial solution areas, influence senior stakeholders, bring clarity to ambiguous business problems, and establish the mechanisms that help Microsoft.com become a more intelligent, personalized, and measurable customer decision engine. Success in this role requires strategic judgment, analytical depth, executive communication, people leadership, and the ability to turn fragmented signals into clear investment priorities and measurable outcomes.
