The Samsung TV Plus Content Team is seeking a dynamic Senior Content & Development executive to lead our US/CA initiatives, develop first to market content experiences, and manage the content budget management efforts. This role is ideal for a creative visionary who excels at storytelling, driving audience engagement, while detail oriented to managing complex projects, and analytically minded to track content performance & analysis and budget management functions. This content executive will be responsible for budget management functions and the deployment of resources to achieve key business objectives. You will work cross functionally with the Programming, Merchandising, Partnerships/BD, Marketing, Product, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Product teams to develop compelling content experiences, articulate business and creative needs, and bring to market content that enhances brand visibility, drives engagement, and supports business objectives.
The candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to quickly identify meaningful insights, drivers, and priorities for the business. They will need to have a strong commercial mindset but possess a strong understanding of the content production landscape with the focus on the bringing great programming to the screen. Samsung TV Plus is looking for a candidate who is excited by the opportunity to tackle large-scale ambiguous problems. The candidate should possess a strong point of view and is willing to continually challenge the status quo, who is comfortable wearing many hats and possesses a decisive, “get it done” mentality.

Skills and Qualifications
Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Los Angeles is expected to be between $255,000 and $285,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
