The job
Reporting to the regional VP of Business Area South America, Central America & Caribbean (BASAC region), the Sr. Director MMR will be based in Panamá and lead a team of 7 direct reports and more than 30 indirect referrals.
You will shape and execute the integrated commercial, medical and regulatory agenda across the region, driving growth, ensuring scientific and regulatory excellence, and safeguarding patient safety, by effectively ensure business assets and human resources in line with the NN Way. If you are a seasoned leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, and between boardroom discussions and scientific depth, this role offers a unique platform to create impact at scale.
You will lead the Medical, Marketing & Regulatory Affairs (MMR) function for BASAC – bringing together Commercial Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance. The team’s mandate is to accelerate sustainable business growth while ensuring the highest standards of scientific integrity, regulatory compliance and patient safety across a diverse and fast‑evolving region.
