The Senior Director, Operations - NYC drives consistency of execution in the NYC region, establishing Bloomingdale’s as the local leader of operational success and financial discipline.. The Senior Director is focused on delivering sales, SG&A, and EBIT by dreaming big in their support of central and stores initiatives, pushing the envelope on what bold and innovative means for the NYC Region, including our iconic 59th St Flagship. Partnering with the regional, store, and central teams this leader understands, supports, and responds to the needs of the region decisively and strategically to make things happen. They build and cultivate a motivated, skilled and equipped leadership team. This leader is responsible for developing and implementing processes that will drive top line sales, manage expense, and maximize profitability, all while placing the customer first, always. This is achieved through managing and developing a team of strong professional and hourly colleagues, building together to ensure best practices are executed, and guaranteeing we always create a best-in-class shopping environment in our stores
