The Sr. Director, Integrations will report to OneOncology’s Vice President, Strategic Operations. This role is responsible for enabling OneOncology’s growth through the successful integration of independent oncology and urology practices into the network. As a strategic advisor to executive and practice leadership, the Senior Director translates deal intent into integration strategy, drives adoption of enterprise platforms, and ensures each integration delivers expected operational and financial outcomes. 

The SrDirector, Integrations, is accountable for the end-to-end integration of new partner practices and serves as the enterprise owner of the integrations operating model, playbooks, and portfolio performance. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across integration planning, execution, and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless transitions across clinical operations, technology, revenue cycle, finance, supply chain, human capital, and compliance. 

This position can be remote near a major U.S. airport or office based in Nashville. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the enterprise integrations strategy, operating model, and playbooks, incorporating lessons learned to continuously improve speed, consistency, and outcomes. Institutionalize best practices and drive enterprisewide improvement initiatives. 

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple, concurrent practice integrations across varying specialty types, with accountability for delivery across the full integration lifecycle 

  • Partner with Business Development, Strategic Finance, Legal, and Operations leadership during diligence to assess integration complexity, timeline, resource requirements, and key risks 

  • Translate diligence findings into an actionable integration roadmap, including resource plans, sequencing, costs, and milestones. 

  • Drive synergy realization and value capture (cost, growth, operational improvements), ensuring measurable tracking and accountability. 

  • Partners with executive leadership and physician leaders as senior relationship owner. 

  • Responsible for making enterprise tradeoff and prioritization decisions across integrations. 

  • Provide integration perspective that informs deal structuring and post-close operating assumptions, including value capture opportunities and execution dependencies 

  • Establishes, owns, and enforces integration governance, including success metrics, executive reporting, and risk identification and mitigation across the integration portfolio 

  • Identifies systemic and enterprise risks and drives mitigation strategies. 

  • Oversee Lead and govern enterprise-wide integration across cross-functional integration workstreams including clinical operations, technology/systems, revenue cycle, finance, supply chain,human capital, and compliance to ensuring aligned execution, risk mitigation, and achievement of integration objectives. 

  • Partner with Technology and Clinical leadership to drive system implementations and enterprise platform adoption during integrations 

  • Design and scale the integrations organization, including team leadership, resource planning, and capacity management aligned to integration volume and complexity, including longterm scalability, sustainability, and growth enablement 

  • Designs resourcing models and capacity planning aligned to growth. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of healthcare experience, including leadership roles in operations, integrations, management consulting, or related environments.

  • 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive-level visibility.

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional integrations or enterprise transformations, preferably in healthcare or community oncology.

  • Demonstrated experience ofdesigningand implementingrepeatable integration playbooks and scaling integration capability across a portfolio.

  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to travel up to 50% and support integrations across multiple geographies.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence physicians, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders and lead in a matrix organization.

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
