The Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnering is a senior HR executive responsible for aligning enterprise people strategies with business priorities across PracticeTek. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, partnering closely with the CHRO and senior business leaders to build high-performing organizations through organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, workforce planning, talent strategy, change leadership, and employee relations.
The Senior Director leads the HR Business Partner organization in a player-coach capacity, directly supporting key executives while building consulting capability across the HRBP function. This leader translates enterprise people strategy into scalable business practices that improve organizational performance, strengthen leadership capability, and enable PracticeTek's continued growth.
Working in close partnership with the Director of HR Operations, this role ensures HR delivers integrated, business-focused solutions while preserving PracticeTek's culture during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
Success in this role requires exceptional business acumen, executive presence, organizational effectiveness expertise, strong judgment, data-informed decision making, and the ability to influence leaders through trusted partnerships.

The Fine Print (That Really Matters)
At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $195-$200k, plus 15% bonus. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
