How you will make an impact:
The Sr Director, Global Sales Compensation, Territory and Quota is responsible for setting the compensation strategies in collaboration with senior sales leaders, and is accountable for the execution of territory & bag alignment, quota setting and ensures that compensation is paid accurately and on time for the over 3500 sales professionals that are supported by the Compensation Center of Excellence. Critical to success will be the ability to effectively influence geographically dispersed sales compensation administration teams and to execute the compensation plans across Thermo Fisher.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $175,100.00–$262,700.00.
