
The role:As the Sr Director, Global Distribution & Logistics Excellence, you will lead the Global D&L Support team, covering Compliance, Inventory Control, Systems, Analytics, and Project Support. You will act as a strategic partner to the VP Global D&L and regional leaders, helping to define global standards, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong compliance and governance across all regions. This role also serves as the primary backup to the VP Global D&L and plays a key part in shaping the global D&L strategy, transformation agenda, and continuous improvement initiatives.
