The Sr Director, Financial Controller Role:
This role plays a key leadership role in managing accounting and financial operations across multiple international entities, including the United States, Philippines, and Chile. The position is responsible for maintaining financial compliance, ensuring accurate reporting, and overseeing internal controls across jurisdictions while guiding and developing finance teams globally. The role also carries clear accountability for owning and executing a multi‑year transformation vision. A strong emphasis is placed on building financial acumen across the business, driving self‑service capabilities, and demonstrating robust change leadership and stakeholder influence.

What We Offer:
The target pay range for this position is $148,000-$210,000.
In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the pay range above represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
