Location: Home Office
Compensation:$150,000 -$180,000 plus Bonus Eligibility

Why This Job Is a Big Deal!
The Sr. Director, Enterprise Systems will lead the modernization of the company's enterprise technology landscape, with primary responsibility for the successful technical implementation, deployment, and long-term effectiveness of the company's Oracle Fusion suite and related enterprise platforms.
This position serves as the senior technical authority for a ERP/SCM rollout and all enterprise systems initiatives, ensuring that Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials & Planning) and Oracle Supply Chain Management including inventory management and warehouse management are architected, configured, and integrated to meet the organization's operational and financial requirements.

In this Role you will…
• Define and execute the company’s ERP transformation strategy aligned with business growth.
• Lead the modernization or replacement of legacy systems with a scalable ERP platform.
• Establish a roadmap for financial systems, operational systems, and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure ERP capabilities support scalable processes, operational efficiency, and data visibility.
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, including planning, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Establish program governance, project plans, and milestone tracking to ensure delivery success.
• Manage cross-functional implementation teams including IT, finance, operations, and external consultants.
• Ensure implementation milestones are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations leadership to design standardized business processes.
• Enable faster financial close cycles and improved management reporting.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
• Oversee contracts, implementation deliverables, and partner performance.
• Ensure implementation partners adhere to delivery timelines, quality standards, and budget expectations.
• Lead organizational change management programs to ensure successful system adoption.
• Develop training and communication strategies for business users.
• Build internal capabilities for long-term ERP system support and optimization.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, ERP implementations, or enterprise systems leadership.
• Proven track record managing mid-scale implementation programs and system integrators.
• Strong experience collaborating with finance and operational leadership teams.
