This role focuses on setting strategy, revenue/profitability growth, deepening client relationships, and collaborating internally to ensure delivery of innovative banking products tailored to education and non-profit industry vertical clients The Senior Director collaborates across Product, 1LOD and 2LOD Credit and Risk, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives and the bank’s strategic direction. Additionally, this position plays a key role in identifying market trends, identifying key competitive needs within its industry vertical, ensuring seamless client management, client experience, and growth in business unit profitability.
