You are excited to balance the art and science of the buy with a strong editorial eye and take interest in being highly strategic with design-driven products. You demonstrate expertise in developing and executing comprehensive category strategies across multiple product lines, driving growth, profitability, and brand alignment. You are adept at translating consumer insights and data analysis into actionable assortment, pricing, and inventory plans. Your strong suit is leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and you have delivered exceptional business results while maintaining a clear and compelling brand vision.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is… atypical. You will serve as the leader for the buying team for the ecommerce website at Tory Burch and create and execute product strategies to meet and exceed financial plans for all departments on the website. You will build cross-functional partnerships with members the Global Merchandising, Planning, Site Merchandising, Creative Marketing, Digital Marketing and Creative Services. You will also analyze & hindsight business on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to inform future buying decisions and product action plans. You will develop a team of buyers who have a passion for the business and create development plans to for their long-term career goals. Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 195,000.00 USD - 260,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
