The Senior Director, Data & Analytics is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for shaping KEEN’s data vision and transforming the organization into a truly data-driven and AI-enabled business. This role goes beyond platform ownership. It defines how data and analytics create competitive advantage across merchandising, DTC, wholesale, supply chain, finance, and global operations. The Senior Director will connect strategy to execution — translating business priorities into scalable data capabilities, modern analytics, and intelligent decision frameworks.
As Head of the Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE), this leader will unify technical and functional analytics communities, elevate data literacy, standardize KPIs, and embed analytics into everyday business decision-making. Success in this role requires both deep technology expertise and strong retail/consumer industry knowledge to ensure rapid, practical impact.

Base Salary: $217,600.00 - $229,615.00
This range represents the low and high ends of this position's anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
