Releady is partnering with a leading promotional risk management and marketing agency to hire a dedicated sales and client management professional. The organization requires a highly motivated individual to drive business expansion within the US market and serve as an integral part of their global operations. This fully remote role focuses on identifying fixed-fee and merchandise sales opportunities through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation targeting promotional, shopper, and advertising agencies.
Fully Remote Position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and secure fixed-fee and merchandise sales opportunities through dedicated lead sourcing, prospecting, and cold calling of promotional agencies, advertising agencies, and direct clients.
Secure meetings and sales appointments consistently to meet annual sales and profit targets established for the US market.
Prepare detailed sales quotes and lead complex contract negotiations to successfully close deals.
Manage the end-to-end execution of client programs, ensuring seamless delivery of promotional campaigns.
Collaborate directly with clients on concept development and approve all promotional creative assets.
Oversee promotional website development and execution in coordination with digital partners.
Manage vendor and partner relationships to secure necessary promotional incentives.
Execute comprehensive client campaign administration, including detailed performance reporting.
Deliver exceptional in-person and online presentations utilizing strong storytelling skills to drive client engagement.
Perform ad hoc sales activities and support additional projects as required by the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated expertise in promotional and digital marketing channels, including the specific objectives, strategies, and tactics brands utilize to achieve business goals.
Strong working knowledge of the legal frameworks and compliance requirements associated with promotional campaigns.
Exceptional client management skills with a proven track record of overseeing complex, end-to-end campaign executions.
Advanced presentation and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
Proven success in contract negotiation, sales closing, and meeting structured revenue targets.
Self-assertive, highly motivated, and capable of operating independently in a fully remote environment.
