What You'll Do
As Sr Director (for Total Facility Management (TFM) Operations), you will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for the strategic leadership, service delivery, growth, and continuous improvement of MVLE’s AbilityOne and commercial facility management portfolio. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position provides executive leadership for multi-site janitorial, custodial, grounds maintenance, and Total Facility Management (TFM) operations across federal, commercial, and community-based facilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, workforce development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, safety, contract performance, operational readiness, financial stewardship, and business growth. The position collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen customer relationships, improve operational performance, expand employment opportunities, and support MVLE’s long-term strategic objectives.

Directly supervises Site Managers, Facility Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and other operational personnel. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, disciplinary actions, employee engagement, succession planning, and professional development while fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
