The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Provides enterprise-wide leadership for procurement’s operating model, systems enablement, and performance management across the University. Owns the strategy, governance, and transformation roadmap that standardizes procure-to-pay (P2P) services, policies, data, and reporting, ensuring scalable, compliant, and measurable execution across the University schools, hospitals including affiliates, departments, and business units. Leads the integration of procurement operations with enabling technologies (ERP/P2P tools, data platforms, analytics) to drive financial performance, service excellence, and risk reduction, across multiple year modernization outcomes. Directs portfolio-level delivery for system implementation/optimization and ERP readiness, establishes enterprise governance for master data and analytics supporting Procurement, and leads leaders/managers across operations and information domains to deliver consistent customer experience and value delivery at scale.
