Job Title:
Sr. Digital Project Manager
Provide a structured approach to managing digital project workflows, monitoring projects, understand timelines, identify risk, help deliver business solutions. Forward jobs to key leaders to manage, understand all steps and skills needed to hit critical delivery dates. Attention to detail is essential to this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of business process, as well as detailed communication and follow up is essential to this role.
Facilitate detailed project timelines, track deliverables, ensure deadlines are met and communicate to cross-functional teams, potential risks or delays.
Help maintain and implement project management processes and problem solve project inefficiencies.
Strong understanding of website development workflows, testing, and cross-functional partner collaboration. Ability to work and provide solutions in a very fast-paced environment to support the business.
Ability to manage or mentor other Project Managers with coaching and leadership to develop the most productive skills.

Requirements:
4-year college degree, 5+ years of project management experience.
Proven success managing complex, high-volume digital projects from kickoff to delivery.
Exceptional organizational, file management, scheduling and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Plus’s:
Knowledge of Workfront, creative workflows and approval cycles
Experience with Shopify or eCommerce builds
Familiar with agile frameworks
