Purpose of Job:
The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will support the strategy,executionand analysis of all digital properties, with afocus on ourfranchise locations,All Battery CenterlocationsThis rolewill support the digital needs forselectinternal business units and for franchise locations to drive organic growth, paidmediaand business goals. Additionally, this role willbe responsible formanaging the brand’s franchise locations on InterstateBatteries.com and their local store listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp,etc)The rolewill partner closely with the other ABC-focused Team Members to drive the business goals for our Franchisees. This role will alsoensurealignment between business unitsand teams
Job Components:
Lead the digital, hyper-local organic growth strategy for ourroughly170All Battery Center stores
ManageABC product and location listings on InterstateBatteriescom andthird-party listing platforms(Google, Apple, Yelp, etc)
Ownfranchisee communication andrelationshipmanagement by proactively sharing digital strategy and updates (calls, emails, webinars, newsletters,etc.)
Basic understanding ofpaidmediaplanningand executionto supportansweringfranchisees questions, makinginformed decisions for the website andprovidingthoughtful reporting insights
Serve as a key point of coordination between theAll BatteryMarketing team and cross-functional partners by providing status updates,timelinesand roadmap visibility
SupporttheAll Battery Centerretail email program,PowerPerks, by contributing to email strategy and coordinatemonthly coupon execution and annual survey communications
Leadreputation managementexecutionfor All Battery Centers in partnership with agency partner and franchisees
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Proactively collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors
Passion for digital marketing, including UI/UX, SEO, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or universityrequired
3+years of experienceindigital marketing, content authoring, and SEO strategy with a focus on hyper-local and product organic growth
Strong analytical skillsand critical thinking skillswith the ability to translate complex data, financials,consumer,and marketplace insights into actionable recommendations.
Both self-motivated and ability to partner and collaborate across teams, functions, business units, and agencies
Experience managingand executingmultiple projectswith excellence under time-sensitive deadlines. Agile team experience preferred.
Strong project management skills and comfort dealing with ambiguity.
Up to datewith the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Solid knowledge ofContent Management Systems (CMS) andweb analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics) Experience with SitecoreCMSa plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);PowerBIa plus.
Experience with Franchise systems a plus
