We are the #5 fastest growing company among the Silicon Valley Top 50 technology firms. Our unprecedented global expansion has provided us with the opportunity to offer a large number of new positions to the technology community. We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital demand generation for the Supermicro eCommerce platform. This role requires a strategic leader to oversee our performance marketing engine, specifically managing SEM and paid advertising with a focus on high-intent B2B audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical innovation into compelling digital campaigns that maximize eStore visibility and drive measurable bottom-line growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with long-term business goals. This involves identifying target audiences, selecting the right digital channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email), and defining the key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated digital campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring that messaging is consistent across all touchpoints and that campaigns are launched on time and within budget to maximize reach and impact.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts. Using tools like Google Analytics, you must extract actionable insights, calculate Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and adjust strategies based on data-driven findings.
  • Lead the strategy for both organic and paid search. This includes overseeing keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies, as well as managing high-budget PPC campaigns to ensure a low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Manage a continuous testing environment to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates. This involves overseeing A/B testing on landing pages, refining the customer journey, and utilizing heatmaps to understand user behavior.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across different channels. You must constantly evaluate the performance of each channel to shift spend toward the highest-performing initiatives.
  • Design and optimize the full marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion. This involves implementing lead-scoring models and nurturing sequences to ensure high-quality prospects are efficiently moved through the sales pipeline.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies (such as AI-driven marketing), and competitor activities. You must pivot strategies quickly to capitalize on new opportunities or mitigate market shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B/eCommerce), with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and achieving measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth through SEO/GEO, paid search, web conversion, lifecycle, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
  • A strong background in building and scaling lead generation funnels, including experience with lead scoring, nurturing, and integrating marketing efforts with sales pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing tools (such as VWO) to optimize landing pages and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Fluent in GA4 and Google Search Console; experienced in partnering with data teams to build reporting and derive actionable insights
  • Deep command of Google Ads: campaign architecture, Smart Bidding, Performance Max, Search Ads 360, and audience layering
  • Communication & Influence: Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear insights and strategy for non-technical stakeholders; effective at influencing across a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Magento is a plus
