About the role
Partner with Sr Manager Ecommerce to develop strategic vision of home page, promotions, and cross-divisional campaigns across sallybeauty.com, sallybeauty.ca, and app. Develop online experiences to support events and sales that are critical to ecommerce achieving weekly and monthly financial goals/targets. Analyze, develop and execute robust ecommerce strategies by maintaining consistent collaboration with merchandising/marketing teams to optimize sales.
Responsibilities
Responsible for landing page experiences and linking strategy for future campaigns and promotions with input from Manager, Site Merchandisers across mobile app and across desktop and mobile web for sallybeauty.com and sallybeauty.ca. High collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandisers and Front-End Developers to plan, drive and recommend future online campaigns with focus on end-to-end customer experience.
Develop and submit asset requests to Creative team for future campaigns, promotions, etc. Responsible for maintaining site-walk calendar and ensuring all cross-functional partners are adhering to deadlines through high collaboration and communication. Work on campaign and promotion deliverables to align with business objectives. Engage in talent reviews and succession planning, promoting the right talent and building career pathing for high performers. Assessing the development needs from a business perspective and taking ownership and addressing them.
Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements
3-4 years’ related ecommerce experience preferably with a multi-channel retailer (preferred)

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
