One of our direct client is urgently looking for Sr. DevOps Engineer @ Bentonville, AR.

TITLE: Sr. DevOps Engineer
LOCATION: Bentonville, AR.

Duration: 6 to 12+ Months

Rate: DOE

Overall 10+ year of experience and three (3+) years’ experience in a DevOps role

· Strong Analytical, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills

· Experience in one or more of the following: Java, Python with strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices

· Experience with maintaining a high availability cloud infrastructure

· Ability to analyze the root cause of critical business and production issues

· Clear understanding of Agile development methodologies, DevOps, SRE best practices, and the product development lifecycle

· Experience with setting up infrastructure automation tools , monitoring , alerting, continuous integration and deployment processes

· Experience with setting up network infrastructure, configuring and troubleshooting networking issues. Understanding of Networking (load balancers, packet tracers, etc).

Must Have Skills:

Hands on experience with development of CI/CD pipelines, Linux, System Administration.

Hands on experience with Git, Artifactory or similar Maven repos, Jira, Splunk.

Hands on experience with configuring of build jobs in Jenkins or similar services

Hands on experience with Kubernetes

Hands on experience in scripting: Ansible, Bash, Golang, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, Ruby

Hands on experience with Maven, Gradle, Node, Npm, Xcode Build, etc

Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, Medusa, and Grafana;

Cloud Technologies: MS Azure, GCP and Open Stack

Preferred skills:

Code → Plan → Monitor → Deploy → Build → Test → Release → Operate → Code

Testing Tools: Apache J-Meter, Gatling;

Programming Languages: SCALA, and JAVA;

Databases: SQL Server, Oracle

Operating Systems: Linux, Cent OS and Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Web and App Servers: Apache and Tomcat;

DevOps Engineer Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Process-oriented with great documentation skills

Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service

Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
