We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing DevOps group in AspenTech, building the next generation of software. Your Impact

Requirements

• Monitor, maintain, and support software product teams in an Agile development environment
• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines for on-prem and cloud infrastructure to enable R&D’s development and delivery of commercial software
• Manage GitHub repositories, accesses rights and organizational DevOps policies
• Help maintain Artifactory and other pipeline related services
• Adopt, adapt and champion AI technologies such as GitHub Copilot into DevOps practices
• Actively contribute to improving R&D operational processes
• Investigate emerging and existing development technologies that can be leveraged to improve development efficiency by championing best practices

What You'll Need

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in scripting and automating in an enterprise software development setting, ideally within Azure-based DevOps ecosystems
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory, etc.
• Experience with Source Control Systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, or Git), including Git automations
• Hands-on experience with Azure services for CI/CD and infrastructure
• Experience with Python and PowerShell
• Experience with container architecture such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code with CLI is a plus
• Good appreciation of IT infrastructure components
