We are seeking a Sr. Developer Enablement Engineer in our Broomfield, CO Location.
We are seeking an Advanced/Senior Developer Enablement Engineer to own technical documentation and developer enablement for Quantinuum’s Platform, including Nexus Cloud and hardware. This US-based role combines technical writing, software engineering, physics or mathematics expertise, and hands-on customer support to help users successfully adopt and use Quantinuum’s quantum computing platforms.
You will own Systems and Nexus documentation, release guidance, tested code examples, setup instructions, and troubleshooting content. You will work closely with hardware, software, product, documentation, and customer-facing teams to translate complex capabilities and recurring user issues into accurate, actionable self-service resources.
This role also provides technical support for customer cases as needed to own tickets that require advanced quantum computing and Systems expertise to investigate code, diagnose the issue, and drive resolution of customer-facing problems. This creates a direct feedback loop between developers, customers, product teams, support operations, and documentation.
