Job Description

• Leads and directs product development planning process in scope and quality. Accountable end-to-end for the performance and results of a large, strategic, critical new toy launch.

• Responsible for escalating any issues from the development, manufacturing, or quality groups, while also assigning ownership to issues as needed to resolve.

• Develops and administers budgets, schedules and performance standards for the unit, and provides oversight in their implementation.

• Stakeholder management. Works with the brand lead to allocate and pull in cross-functional resources necessary to support the development process, e.g. costing, engineering, soft goods, etc.

• Prioritize work according to Project Critical Path activities

• Prepare and Lead project review and other key project meetings and document key action points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Engineering / Manufacturing/English/Project Management

• 8+ years of Project Management experience on the complex consumer product in MNC (More experience will be considered as Sr. PM Engineer)

• Project integration management skills with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and Project Life Cycles is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Resilient to dynamic team structure.

• Proficient English presentation and communication skills.

• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
