  • Create visual design assets for campaigns, innovation, displays, eCommerce, and web touchpoints within approved design systems and architecture.

  • Contribute to design briefs and responses to briefs and prepare design rationale and presentation materials to communicate creative intent clearly.

  • Document design intent, guidelines, and review feedback to support smooth execution across internal teams and agency partners.

  • Manage design development effectively so projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within agreed scope.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Science, Graphic Managers, agencies, and other partners to align stakeholders around clear design intent and improve speed and quality of decision-making.

  • Participate actively in project reviews, workshops, milestone check-ins, and working sessions to ensure alignment and delivery progress.

  • Provide clear, consolidated feedback to agencies and internal partners to reduce revisions and strengthen outcomes.

  • Contribute to design system application and continuous improvement through reusable templates, asset libraries, and working files where relevant.

  • Build deeper expertise across PX Brand Design T-skills at a foundational-to-intermediate level, including design systems, consumer insight, sustainability, packaging, and brandworld activation.

  • Use digital and AI tools to improve exploration, efficiency, and workflow speed while maintaining creative quality, ethical standards, and brand integrity.

  • Support Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) ways of working by contributing in sprint-based and agile environments with ownership, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.
