
We are looking for a highly qualified and seasoned engineer to spearhead product development in the agricultural machinery sector, with hydraulics as the central area of expertise. This position is responsible for fostering innovation and maintaining strong technical standards throughout every phase of the product lifecycle, from initial concept and design through testing and final production, ensuring that all solutions are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of hydraulic systems for agricultural machinery, ensuring performance, durability, and alignment with product requirements.
- Develop, analyze, and validate hydraulic schematics using tools such as Automation Studio, with a strong focus on agricultural applications and real-world operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hydraulic issues in tractors and related equipment, delivering robust, longterm technical solutions, collaborating closely with cross functional teams.
- Apply engineering and quality methodologies such as DFMEA, DVPR, 8D problem solving, and Design Reviews to guarantee system robustness and reliability.
- Identify and drive opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement through innovation, component optimization, and system-level enhancements.
