They are currently expanding our Design Leadership Team to cater to the rising demand for high-end commercial interior fitout projects and are looking for exceptional talent to help the shape the future of premium workplace design in India.

️Our specific requirement is to source and bring on board Corporate Interior Architects of French, Italian, or British origin for our high-end projects, to bring global design excellence and international flair to their clientele.

Role Overview:

As the Design Lead you will take charge of the entire design journey from concept to completion across their national portfolio. This role requires both a visionary mindset and strong managerial capabilities to lead a multidisciplinary creative team while directly engaging with high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for commercial interior fitout projects across India.
• Mentor, inspire, and guide a growing team of creative professionals to deliver world-class design output.
• Directly interface with clients, leading presentations, design discussions, and feedback sessions.
• Manage multiple project timelines, ensuring design intent, brand standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
• Translate complex briefs into strategic design solutions, aligning with our client's international quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Drive innovation through material exploration, global trend analysis, and process optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial interior architecture with a strong focus on fitout execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading high-end design projects in the real estate or workplace sector.
• Excellent client presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong design sensibility, project documentation, and technical detailing abilities.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Experience working in or with international design environments is a strong plus.
• Preference will be given to candidates of French, Italian, or British origin with exposure to international design aesthetics.
