-Sr Demo & POC Specialist

Scope:

The Sr Demo & POC Specialist independently delivers end-to-end demo, POC, and pilot execution for customer solutioning engagements. This role applies advanced operational expertise to design, configure, and optimize demo and POC environments, ensuring high-quality, repeatable, and scalable experiences. You will be a key player in our pre-sale efforts, learning to craft a compelling product demonstration that shows Blue Yonder’s innovative solutions. You will work closely with senior team members and regional pre-sales teams to understand customer challenges and build compelling demo stories that highlight our unique differentiators.

What you’ll do:

 Independently design, configure, and execute complete demo, POC, and pilot environments aligned to defined customer use cases and solutioning objectives.

 Lead execution of complex or multi-solution demo scenarios, adapting predefined runbooks where appropriate while maintaining consistency and quality standards.

 Own environment readiness and lifecycle activities, including data strategy, configuration optimization, validation checkpoints, scenario iteration, and reset planning.

 Proactively identify execution risks, data constraints, or configuration gaps and resolve issues independently; escalate only novel or systemic issues as needed.

 Coordinate acceptance criteria execution and validate outcomes with Solution Advisors or Solutioning Engineers.

 Enhance runbooks, configuration templates, datasets, and scenario libraries to improve scalability, efficiency, and reuse across engagements.

 Provide guidance, quality oversight, and peer coaching to Demo & POC Specialists and Associate-level team members.

 Partner closely with Solution Advisors, Sales, and Advisory teams to ensure seamless execution support throughout customer engagements.

What we are looking for

 Experience: 4-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a background in consulting, implementation, or pre-sales role.

 Must have familiar with SQL, and exposure to Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or Python.

 Demonstrated experience leading enterprise demos, POCs, or pilot engagements with moderate to high complexity.

 Strong working knowledge of supply chain solution workflows and cross-functional customer use cases.

 Ability to translate solutioning goals into executable demo scenarios and environment designs.

 Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across data, configuration, and workflow layers.

 Strong documentation, process discipline, and continuous-improvement mindset.

 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a desire to improve your presentation abilities
