Job Description

We are looking for a Decisioning Architect who will work on the development and implementation of NBA designer and decisioning strategies using the Pega Decisioning platform (CDH).

The Decisioning Architect will enable transformation of business requirements into decisioning artifacts by collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Decisioning Architect will be responsible for creation of various actions, treatments, engagement, and contact policies in Next-Best-Action Designer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and implements decisioning strategies that leverage NBA Designer and complex business rules to optimize customer interactions and business outcomes.

40%

Defines, configures, and optimizes complex business rules, decision logic, and decision tables within Pega Decisioning to align with business requirements and compliance standards.

20%

Supports the development and management of adaptive and predictive models within the Pega Decisioning platform, continually improving accuracy and effectiveness.

15%

Supports the integration of data from various sources, including customer data, transactional data, and external data providers, to enable data-driven decision-making

15%

Monitors, analyzes, and fine-tunes decisioning strategies to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and overall performance and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years as a Decisioning Architect or in a similar IT role with a record of successfully designing and implementing advanced decisioning solutions using Pega or a similar platform.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate.
  • Dedication to achieving outstanding results. Driven and team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to lead by example.
  • Able to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; able to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in teams as well as independently.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Master's or Advanced FIELD OF STUDY: Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

CERTIFICATION(S): Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant
