1. Oversight and support to Treasury Sales team members & Treasury colleagues.
2. Support Group Head of Treasury Sales to develop Treasury Sales strategies, and perform activities in line with approved strategy.
3. Ensure strict adherence to policies governing the Treasury Sales activities.
4. Ensuring the effective controls environment of the Sales and wider Treasury unit.
5. Responsible for governance around all CIB & RB clientele requiring Treasury services – documentation, limits, suitability, and other legal/compliance/risk requirements.
6. Maintain all client meeting call reports and records of telephonic discussions.
7. Maintain records of deal agreement/confirmations.
8. Communicating the main Treasury Sales issues and challenges to the Group Head of Treasury Sales and other stakeholders.
9. Managing relationships with internal and external parties, Middle Office, Treasury Risk, and TROPS.
10. Keeping senior stakeholders informed of market conditions, headwinds, opportunities, and risks.
11. Responsible for ensuring good lines of communication are maintained across all Treasury Front Office and Treasury support functions.
