Job Description


1.
Database Development: Develop and implement efficient database schemas and architectures to
meet business and technical requirements.

Query Optimization & Troubleshooting: Optimize queries for better performance and troubleshoot
database issues to ensure smooth operations.
3.
Advanced Support: Provide advanced database support to internal teams and handle complex
database problems that arise.
4.
Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior database engineers, helping them grow in
their roles and adhering to best practices.
5.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure database solutions are integrated
effectively into business applications.


Requirements


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: For Engineer 3 to 5 years of experience in database engineering with a focus on
optimization, schema design, and troubleshooting.
• Certifications: (Relevant certifications in database technologies or management are a plus.)
• Technical Skills: Expertise in database schema development, query optimization, and advanced
troubleshooting techniques. Strong understanding of database performance tuning.
