You will provide insights and recommendations, drive intelligent automation by applying model-based solutions, optimise processes and make sure we use the extensive data we have when interacting with our customers in different channels.

About our team
You will be part of a Nordic team working closely across Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, enabling cross-market collaboration, alignment, and shared best practices. Together, we work across digital journeys, analytics, marketing technology, and customer engagement—continuously improving how we create value for our customers and the business.
In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between the business side of digital sales and engagement and the more technical aspects of data science, ensuring that analytical solutions are fully aligned with strategic objectives and operational needs. Your ability to translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner will be crucial to your success.
You will help strengthen our analytical foundation and ensure data‑driven decision‑making across our use cases. You will collaborate closely with digital marketing and business stakeholders and agile delivery teams to turn data into measurable customer and business value.
This is an opportunity to influence Nordea’s digital transformation and drive tangible business outcomes through advanced analytics, experimentation, and production-ready machine learning, while facilitating seamless collaboration between business functions and technical experts. As part of the AWM COO organisation, you will join a strategic function focused on driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and scalable, insight-led ways of working across Asset & Wealth Management.
