Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement. Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops predictive models for our customers utilizing a variety of statistical and machine learning algorithms. 
• Holds responsibility for projects with a high degree of complexity. 
• Executes all stages of model development and delivery including data definition, sampling, preprocessing, feature selection, model generation, and validation and support of production model release. 
• Validates and prepares data for model development, performs exploratory data analysis and data cleaning on large datasets and queries and visualizes data with a variety of tools.
• Supports sales and services teams in their efforts to provide a consultative, thought-leadership driven process throughout the sales and customer support lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Master's degree required, PhD preferred in Bioinformatics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Statistical
• Mathematics, Physics, Computational Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years industry or related field experience.
• Experience in development of computational software.
