SENIOR DATA CENTER OPERATIONS ENGINEER – NORWAY
The Senior Data Center Operations Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the deployment and long-term operation of advanced AI infrastructure within a high-performance data center environment.
This role bridges IT infrastructure and critical facilities operations, ensuring the reliability, performance, and resilience of compute, network, power, and cooling systems that support some of the world's most demanding AI workloads.
You will participate in the commissioning, validation, and operational readiness of new infrastructure while helping establish the operational standards that will govern the site for years to come. As the environment transitions into steady-state operations, you will assume ownership of infrastructure reliability, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on engineering role for professionals who thrive in mission-critical environments and take pride in maintaining world-class uptime, safety, and operational excellence.
You will work closely with facilities teams, colocation partners, vendors, network engineers, systems engineers, and global operations teams while serving as a senior technical resource and escalation point within the site.
