About the Role:

The Senior Analyst, Decision support - Retail Insights supports the Manager of Retail Insights in the creation and oversight of vision for advanced analytics across PVH brands. As part of the Business Intelligence and Strategic Data Insights team, this role partners with Brand stakeholders and actively participates as part of the Agile project team in Requirements gathering, Jira Documentation, Data Discovery, Design, Testing, Enablement & Adoption.

What You'll Do:

• Support the future-state vision and continuous optimization of retail analytics processes using enterprise BI and digital capabilities.

• Act as liaison between Brand SMEs, regional stakeholders, and Agile technical teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

• Gather and document business requirements; create detailed Jira user stories with defined acceptance criteria aligned to product roadmaps and enterprise KPI standards.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment from requirements through deployment.

• Serve as a reporting power user with deep understanding of data sources, lineage, transformations, and KPI logic.

• Lead and support data validation, test script development, QA processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure dashboard accuracy and functionality.

• Contribute to report design, visualization standards, and migration from Excel-based reporting to automated Power BI enterprise solutions.

• Maintain alignment between front-end dashboards and back-end data structures in partnership with data engineering teams.

• Troubleshoot retail and inventory analytics issues, partnering with support teams and communicating status updates to stakeholders.

• Develop training materials, facilitate demos, and drive adoption of reporting solutions across corporate and store teams.

• Champion data governance, visualization best practices, and continuous improvement across retail insights delivery.

What You'll Bring:

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics or related Retail discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (preferably Power Bi Etc.)

Skills:

• Ability to analyze unstructured data, succinctly summarize and articulate meaningful conclusions.

• Excellent communications skills to present findings and insights effectively.

• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain business relationships

• Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement.

• Highly organized and results driven.

Pay Range:$82,500---$117,100PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
