Key responsabilities

• Design and development of software-based solutions related to Data & Analytics in the context of Supply Chain Planning & Execution Globally. E.g., data pipeline automation, reports automation, analytical dashboards and small apps for data input.
• Maintain the existing solutions (legacy), providing fixes and enhancements as needed.
• Understand the main processes and data flows of different business units, developing solutions aligned with their needs
• Maintain close contact with the IT’s Global Data Services team (GDS), ensuring alignment with corporate standards
• Propose improvements to the team’s internal processes, increasing the robustness of deliverables and identifying solutions for challenging scenarios
• Act as technical reference within the team, supporting peers through code reviews, mentoring and knowledge transfer
• Identify opportunities to improve software architecture, code quality, and delivery processes to ensure sustainable growth.

Requeriments

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Software Development, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience working with software development, data analytics, or data science.
• Advanced English
• Experience working with modern data and analytics technologies, with an emphasis on data quality, validation, and enterprise reporting
• Data Governance & Data Quality Methodologies (Advanced)
• Power BI Intermediate
• SQL Intermediate

Desirable

• Python Intermediate
• VBA & Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
• Version Control – Git (Intermediate)
• Agile Methodologies (Intermediate)
• ETL & Large-Scale Data Handling

Skills

• Dynamic and objective profile with a strong problem-solving orientation
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to code quality and system robustness and performance.

Additional Information

• Location: São José dos Campos/SP
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3)days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
