Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Strategic Alignment and Solution Architecture

  • Translate business needs and long-term goals into an actionable, scalable, and secure technical vision and architectural roadmap.
  • Align technical capabilities and aspirations with business goals, design solutions, and oversee implementation.
  • Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of compliance standards for cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Champion NIST control principles and integrate security into SDLC and business pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with GovRAMP, FedRAMP, and CMMC.
  • Manage control and assessment documentation including architecture diagrams and data flows.

Program Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute strategic cybersecurity program roadmaps.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of multiple programs from initiation to closure.
  • Establish governance standards, SOPs, and toolkits.
  • Act as primary liaison for executives and customers.
  • Mentor program and project managers.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable executive guidance.
  • Represent the organization in customer and partner engagements.
  • Coordinate assessment planning and remediation activities.

Your Skills and Expertise

A bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution, preferable: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity Testing, and (7) seven years' experience in Cybersecurity, and program leadership in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Certifications: PMP/PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in secure cloud architecture, frameworks, DevSecOps, and governance.

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
