Job Description
At Bond, we build growth and loyalty for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Behind that work is a team of smart, curious people who care deeply about clients, each other, and building something meaningful together.
As the
Sr. Cvent & Registration Coordinator, you'll play a key role bringing our event technology to life across hundreds of client events, with a deep focus on Cvent. You'll own registration workstreams end to end, always thinking critically about the attendee experience and not just the technical build.
You'll be the team's go-to Cvent expert, owning dozens of your own events and partnering with others on many more. You'll also help shape better ways of working, including how we use AI to make building and managing registration faster and more consistent. We're also a Cvent Platinum Solutions Partner and a 2026 Cvent Partner Award winner, recognized for the strength of our event technology work.
Responsibilities
Registration Ownership & Delivery- Build, configure, test, and manage Cvent registration for dozens of client events, from complex logic and workflows to a clean, intuitive attendee journey.
- Design registration websites, questions, session and travel flows, and confirmation and reminder emails tailored to each event's requirements.
- Own the quality and accuracy of every build, running thorough end-to-end testing and QA to catch issues before an attendee ever sees them.
- Manage timelines, launch dates, and details across many concurrent events without letting anything slip.
- Monitor registration once live, troubleshooting issues quickly and making updates as event needs evolve.
Attendee Experience- Evaluate every build not just for whether it works, but for how it feels to use, advocating for clarity, accessibility, and a frictionless attendee experience.
- Build and manage Attendee Hub implementations, keeping the event website, content, and engagement features accurate, on-brand, and easy to navigate.
- Be a key support lead for event communications, often managing the full process from copy development and audience/list management through email deployment and execution.
- Review the full attendee journey across desktop and mobile and recommend improvements that reduce friction and drop-off.
Reporting & Data- Build and maintain registration reports and dashboards, giving internal teams and clients clear visibility into numbers, trends, and outstanding actions.
- Manage attendee data with care, ensuring accuracy, clean handoffs to onsite check-in, and smooth integrations with other systems.
Team Partnership & Consultation- Act as the go-to Cvent expert for Event Managers and Event Coordinators, consulting, troubleshooting, and elevating the technology on events you don't directly own.
- Share knowledge across the team through documentation, templates, and informal coaching so best practices spread beyond your own events.
Process, Innovation & AI- Help build and document the processes, templates, and standards that make our event-technology delivery faster, more consistent, and higher quality.
- Identify and pilot AI-driven efficiencies in how we build and manage registration sites, and surface other practical AI use cases across event technology.
- Stay current on new Cvent features and releases and bring forward ideas for how we can put them to work.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of advanced Cvent experience. You know Cvent registration inside out, including complex logic, integrations, and reporting, and you're comfortable with Attendee Hub.
- 3+ years hands-on experience using Cvent for attendee management, including building and maintaining attendee lists, creating targeted audience segments, and leveraging Cvent’s email platform to execute, manage, and optimize event communications.
- A user-experience mindset, so you naturally think about attendee impact and not just technical setup.
- Exceptional organization, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple events simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Process-builder instincts, so you spot inefficiency and look for better ways of working rather than settling for the status quo.
- An affinity for AI and technology, and a drive to apply it practically to real workflows.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours as required during peak event periods.
- Cvent certifications, experience with other event technology, and speaking multiple languages are an asset.
