Strategy and Operations organization is responsible for executing CX operational rhythms necessary to execute priorities and deliver for the customer today as well as to transform the organization in the future.
This role will partner with airline customers to put the GE Aerospace FLIGHT DECK operating model into practice at a commercial airline. The objective is to drive a step change in engine availability, mitigate product maturity challenges, and strengthen airline relationships.
The ideal candidate brings experience in transactional and operational lean business processes, customer relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to coach and lead cross-functional teams. The candidate should have a solid foundation in lean principles, approaches, and methodologies.
