We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sr. Customer Account Leader to support our Energy LM1600 and 501K engine lines. This role acts as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, strong customer experience, and alignment with business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to support all product transactions
  • Manage end-to-end customer orders, including intake, validation, processing, and fulfillment
  • Interpret contracts, technical documents, and agreements to ensure compliance and accurate execution
  • Prepare and review estimates, invoices, and reports; monitor and address cost variances (EIVA)
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Coordinate logistics, field service activities, and inventory to meet delivery timelines and forecasted demand
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing expectations regarding pricing, scheduling, and order changes
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using basic project management principles
  • Mentor team members and provide informal leadership to ensure timelines, service standards, and performance metrics are met

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer account management, order management, or a related role in a technical or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple customer accounts and transactions simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, including cost estimates, invoices, and variance reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to manage reports and data in a professional setting.

Preferred Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field, preferred.
  • Experience with SA Menu Applications.
  • CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems, and interpreting contracts, technical documents, or engineering reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and build customer relationships
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, logistics, or production processes, preferably in aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or regulated industries
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and driving team performance
  • Highly proactive and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and working effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP/order management systems
