About the company

Our client is a luxurious fashion label with extensive market presence in the Asia Pacific region. They are currently looking for a strategic and data driven CRM talent to join the HK or Shanghai Business Unit as Senior CRM Manager, APAC.

About the role:

• Plan & deliver CRM strategies across various APAC markets to encourage customer retention and further promote the brand and its new seasonal products/collections
• Maintain customer database and conduct regular analysis on customer segmentation
• Communicate with local offices and offer consumer insights to maximize commercial opportunities
• Drive localised targeted marketing activities
• Review captured data and work flow at a Regional level and ensure information at each touch point in the customer life cycle are effectively performing
• Optimize all stages of customer funnel across the customer life cycle, from awareness to purchase and retention, such as automation, reactivation and email trigger campaigns, via DM, eDM, SMS, and other relevant channels
• Develop and optimize the current CRM reporting
• Work with internal parties to ensure CRM communications and database segmentation effectiveness

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Business or Marketing or Communication
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience in CRM, data analysis or related fields
• Minimum 3 years at a Managerial and Regional level
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sensitive to data and able to present well to Top Management (HQ)
• Analytical with ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Proficient in CRM System, Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel & PowerPoint
• Good Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; other languages will be an advantage
• Profile with less experience can be considered as CRM Specialist (also hiring)
