Tesla is seeking a Senior Counsel, Products to support the sales and service of various products and address related regulatory matters across North and South America. This role involves providing legal advice on Tesla’s diverse product portfolio, driving expansion into new markets while ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and statutory requirements. The position requires close collaboration with local sales, service, registration, policy, and finance teams to maintain compliance with business license and regulatory requirements. Based in Austin, Texas, or Palo Alto, California, this role demands independent execution of broad legal tasks while fostering strong partnerships with business and legal teams.

Expected Compensation
$188,000 - $318,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
