Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support inventory evaluation and cost analysis for server, system, and component-related products.

協助伺服器、系統及相關零組件產品之存貨評價及成本分析。

2. Assist in maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), component costs, and pricing consistency.

協助維護產品 BOM（物料清單）、零件成本及價格一致性。

3. Prepare cost reports, margin analysis, and related data summaries for management review.

製作成本報表、毛利分析及相關數據資料，供管理階層檢視。

4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to support daily operations.

與採購、業務、營運、物流及財務等跨部門團隊合作，支援日常營運需求。

5. Help monitor inventory, standard costs, and cost variances to ensure data accuracy.

協助監控庫存、標準成本及成本差異分析，確保資料正確性。

6. Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and cost accounting.

協助月底結帳作業，包括存貨及成本會計相關事項。

7. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.

參與流程改善專案，以提升營運效率及成本控管能力。

8. Support ad hoc analysis, reporting tasks, and special projects assigned by management.

支援主管交辦之分析、報表及專案任務。

9. Work closely with overseas teams in a fast-paced global business environment.

與海外團隊保持密切合作，適應快速步調的全球化工作環境。

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

具會計、財務、企業管理、或相關科系學士學位。

2. 3+ years of relevant experience in cost analysis, server hardware, inventory management, supply chain, operations management, or related areas is a plus.

具3年以上成本分析、伺服器硬體、製造業存貨管理、供應鏈、營運管理或相關經驗尤佳。

3. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis is preferred.

熟悉SAP, Microsoft Excel 與基本資料分析能力者佳。

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.

具良好溝通協調與跨部門合作能力。

5. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.

細心負責、具組織能力、自我驅動力，並能同時處理多項工作。

6. Positive working attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

7. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate and collaborate with overseas teams in a multinational U.S.-listed company environment.
