Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

• Lead and execute both external and internal communications function
• External Communications (public relations)
• Identify PR strategic plan and narrative to drive positive
• Work with PR consultant for strategic planning and drive PR action according to plan including all press activities ie press conference, interview, roundtable,photo shooting for PR purpose
• Maintain good media relations
• Act as representative with regulators - TLAA/TGIA and OIC
• Collaborate with group/regional on communications matter
• Keep track of media coverage and work cross-functionally ie digital team to leverage
• Internal Communications
• Work with people and culture team to drive employee happiness (AES)
• Plan and communicate important message to employees with right channel at the right time
• Plan and manage Staff town hall/meetings to ensure company strategies have been communicated properly
• Work with DM to drive staff-buy policy
• Collaborate with group/regional on communications matter
• Crisis communications
• Be part of working team/taskforce representing comms function ie BCM, crisis
• Work closely with taskforce to execute comms with right message and right time
• Keep track/monitoring reputation risk with preemptive approach

Must Have

• Min. bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 7 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Customer and Product Marketing, Advertising and/or Project Management in insurance, consumer orbanking business

Nice to Have

• Strongly in Communication, Analytical and Creative thinking skills
• Business acumen Leadership skills
• Fluent in English communications
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
