Position SummaryThe Sr. Content Strategy Specialist owns the development and execution of integrated content strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Sitting within the marketing team, you will translate Ann Sacks’ brand strategy, creative vision, and cultural point of view into digital storytelling, building the content, conversations, and communities that strengthen our authority across design and culture and engage designers, tastemakers, editors, and our most discerning customers. This role owns the editorial content calendar, content planning process, influencer and designer partnerships, and cross-channel content initiatives across web, email, social media, blog, and PR.Essential Functions Content Strategy & Editorial PlanningDevelop and execute integrated content strategies across web, email, social media, blog, and PR channels, ensuring all content reflects brand standards, voice, and positioning across channels.Develop the social and editorial strategy behind Ann Sacks’ key brand moments — translating product launches, craftsmanship stories, cultural partnerships, events, press, and community moments into compelling platform-first narratives.Own and maintain the editorial content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and business objectives.Identify content opportunities that support customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth by partnering cross-functionally with Creative, PR, Product Design, Retail, Trade, and Sales teams to identify storytelling opportunities and bring them to life across digital channels.Develop content briefs and messaging frameworks for internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and external partners.Campaign Development & ExecutionLead content planning and execution for integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch.Partner with Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop compelling campaign narratives and customer experiences.Coordinate content deliverables across channels to ensure consistency and effective message delivery.Support new product launches, seasonal initiatives, and strategic marketing programs through targeted content development.Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on business objectives and audience engagement.Influencer & Designer PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with external influencers, designers, agencies, and industry partners to manage influencer, designer, and brand partnership programs that support brand visibility and customer engagement.Coordinate partnership agreements, contracts, content deliverables, timelines, and approvals.Collaborate with partners to develop authentic, brand-aligned content across digital and social platforms.Track partnership performance and provide recommendations for future collaborations and investment opportunities.Public Relations & Brand StorytellingSupport public relations initiatives by developing content, messaging, and storytelling assets for media outreach and brand campaigns.Partner with PR agencies and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for earned media and thought leadership.Develop blog and editorial content that strengthens brand positioning and showcases product, design, and industry expertise.Ensure consistency of messaging across PR, social, web, email, and partnership channels.Assist in managing content related to product introductions, events, showroom openings, and other key brand initiatives.Analytics & Performance OptimizationMonitor and analyze content performance across digital channels, including web, email, blog, and social media.Track key performance indicators and communicate results to marketing leadership and business partners.Identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights to improve content effectiveness and campaign performance.Utilize data and audience insights to inform future content strategies and editorial planning.Support reporting and measurement efforts for campaigns, partnerships, and ongoing content initiatives.Cross-Functional CollaborationParticipate in strategic planning discussions and provide content expertise to support marketing and brand initiatives.Support process improvements that increase content effectiveness, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

Skills/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, brand marketing, or related fields.Proven experience developing integrated content strategies across owned, earned, and social channels.Experience managing influencer partnerships, content creators, agencies, and external vendors.Strong editorial planning and content development skills, including creation of content briefs and campaign messaging.Knowledge of social media, email marketing, SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools.Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.Experience in luxury, home furnishings, interior design, architecture, building materials, or related industries.Experience developing content for premium brands with a strong focus on storytelling and brand positioning.Experience collaborating with designers, architects, influencers, or trade-focused audiences.Work Environment The physical requirements described below are representative of those necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. This means you’ll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $79,900 - $121,900. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
