The main purpose of the Project Manager is to plan, organize and lead projects and deliver them to time and to budget within the delivery framework as prescribed by the PMO; engage the relevant resources, ensure accurate reporting, and manage risks, issues and dependencies.

What You'll Bring:
Minimum3-5yearsproject management experience
Experience of the project lifecycleand candemonstratesuccess across Time, Cost and Quality metrics
Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, APM-PMQ, MSP, Agile)
Exposure to ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) or experience collaborating with technical/functional ERP teams.
Working knowledge of traditional and agile Project Management Methodologies such as Waterfall/DSDM/Scrum
Strongunderstanding of Project Governance and QualityAssurance;
Proven ability to deliverorganisationaland processchangethrough collaboration with a wide range of business leaders andstakeholders;
Experience of applying project managementmethodology; and
Management of project RAID logsandtimelyandaccuratereports toProgrammeBoards to enable directed decision making
Impact You'll Make:
Work closely withclients, thirdparties,businessand operational teams to understand their requirements,developingeffective workingrelationshipsand ongoing management processes for the projects and service delivery.
Create and execute realistic and achievable project plans.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
Manage,monitorand motivate the cross functional teams assigned to the project
Projectmanagewithin theTU deliveryframeworkas governed by the PMO
Adaptable enough to take on several roles to "get things delivered"
Prepare project communications to keep stakeholdersup to datewith progress.
Creation and management of project plans, resourceschedulesand financialreports;withfocuson creatingrealistic schedules and plans for self and others to follow
Evaluate risks and develop strategies to overcome project obstacles.
Identifyand implementappropriate qualitystandards to ensure project quality.
Assume responsibility for schedule adjustments, costs, and project modifications.
Ensure the project knowledgebase is captured, current and stored appropriately.
Resolve and/or escalate issues ina timelyfashion.
Manage Requestsforchange ensuring the project deliverables and timelines are not adversely affected.
Liaise withthe assigned projectteams to coordinate change, building,testingand implementation.
Track project progress against plans and produce progress metrics andreports;
Demonstrates an understanding of the role of our regulators and their powers

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
