We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Senior Consultant to join our team and contribute to transformational projects that combine IT expertise with business challenges In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP systems, and ensuring smooth implementation of SAP solutions. You will also provide training to users and support after system deployment

This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two projects are alike. You will collaborate with teams across various functional areas, manage data migration, and be involved in post-implementation support Additionally, there will be opportunities for leadership roles and project management depending on your experience and interests.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design customized SAP solutions for specific business processes within your area of expertise.
• Configure SAP systems and perform unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets functional requirements.
• Create and deliver training for SAP users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system effectively.
• Oversee data migration and system cutover to ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP environment.
• Provide ongoing support to users after the system goes live, ensuring continued system performance and troubleshooting any issues.
• Collaborate with consultants from other functional areas to ensure seamless integration across the solution.
• Take responsibility for team leadership or project management, depending on the role, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in SAP system implementation (SAP SD).
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of business processes within the area of expertise.
• Strong ability to collaborate with corporate clients
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Currently working remotely, with an expectation of openness to business travel(approximately 50% of working time) in the future.
• Nice to have Experience with SAP Quality Management
