ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Architecture: Define the strategic roadmap for hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Governance: Establish security, compliance, and operational standards across all platforms.
  • Mentorship: Guide, train, and mentor junior and senior engineers.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors.
  • Driving key KPI improvement month on month
  • Drive Knowledge Management , Process management, Client sign off
  • Drive Key initiatives, CSIP, Automations , Customer Value additions
  • Drive Ticket Reduction, Effort Reduction,
  • Lead Client discussion on Key initiatives driving and outcomes
  • Lead MSR/QBR , drive Ops as per Client Sensitivities and Priorities
  • Understanding of Benchmarking , Best practices as per industry standard and peer companies which can be driven in the area assigned
  • Understanding and adopting AI in the area of operation and able show value addition to client.
  • Drive CSAT and TCSAT >4.5 /5.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP).
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Infrastructure as Code: Basic exposure to Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Configuration Management: Familiarity with Ansible playbook
  • Containers: Experience managing Docker containers or Kubernetes clusters.
  • Serverless: Architectural knowledge of AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

PRIMARY SKILLS:

  • Linux: Advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and kernel parameter optimization.
  • VMware: Configuring vSAN, High Availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS).
  • AWS: Designing infrastructure using Transit Gateways, RDS, and Auto Scaling.
  • AWS CloudWatch: Implementing custom metrics, CloudWatch Logs Insights, and automated actions.
  • Linux: Enterprise-level architecture design, clustering solutions, and high-availability setups.
  • VMware: Designing VMware Cloud (VMC) on AWS and large-scale vSphere deployments.
  • AWS: Architectural design using Well-Architected Framework, CloudFront, and multi-account strategies.
  • AWS CloudWatch: Enterprise monitoring strategies, cross-account dashboards, and EventBridge integrations.
  • Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
  • Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • FinOps: Cloud cost management, forecasting, and budget allocation strategies.
  • Compliance: Aligning infrastructure with ISO27001, SOC2, or CIS benchmarks.
  • Disaster Recovery: Designing automated DR strategies across hybrid environments.

Mandatory: CA, AZ104, MCSA, Business Intelligence Development Certification, Microsoft Certified Azure AI, Azure Data & Azure Administrator; Desirable: OCP, CCP/Yash defined course, Administration level Certification of any Storage Tool/Backup Tool
