Job Title: Senior Consultant – Business Process Analyst (BPA)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Business Process Analyst (BPA) to lead and support large-scale, complex business and technology initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.

The successful candidate will provide functional expertise, production support, and strategic consulting for business applications used by clients and internal partners. Responsibilities include supporting new business and fund launches, client onboarding activities, operational and regulatory changes, system enhancements, and major business transformation programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to operate independently while driving outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, including project scoping, business requirements gathering, functional analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to define, document, and deliver strategic and regulatory change initiatives.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned business applications, processes, and functional domains.
  • Provide functional leadership on transformational initiatives, system enhancements, and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) change programs.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, risks, and operational requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional, and technically complex initiatives while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners and foster trust through effective communication, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  • Support production environments by investigating issues, providing functional analysis, and coordinating resolution activities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, governance activities, and implementation of initiatives within the functional area.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, project updates, and business cases to management and governance committees.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, change management practices, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications and supporting business-critical systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional global teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong functional domain expertise (US Limited Partnership) with experience in business process analysis, system implementations, and change management.
  • Experience supporting business applications (Multifonds) and production environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex projects and business transformation initiatives.

Preferred

  • IIBA Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).
  • Experience within financial services, asset servicing, transfer agency, fund administration, or related operational environments.
  • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Eligibility for Internal partners

  • 3 years as a Team Leader to move as a Section Manager currently at an Officer level.
  • 24 months as a Consultant to move as a Senior Consultant. Movement within Senior Consultant and Section Manager is applicable if they have prior 36 months of people management experience.
